Shipping-We use DHL. Shipping charges are based on the amount you order. The charges are for a single address in all continuous 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska excluded. A surcharge may be assessed for shipments to an additional address. Value of order includes the total price of the items, state and local sales tax where applicable, plus any service charge noted in the items description. Back-ordered items will be shipped separately when they become available, at no extra cost.
International shipping is a flat rate of $30.95 or actual shipping charges regardless of the amount purchased. International shipments will not be shipped Express or Overnight. You will received notification of exact shipping charges if they exceed $30.95.
DHL Domestic Express 2nd Day shipping is a flat rate of $16.95 regardless of the amount purchased. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
DHL Domestic Next Day shipping is a flat rate of $57.00 regardless of the amount purchased. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
DHL Express shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is a flat rate of $16.95 regardless of the amount purchased. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Returns-
Clearance and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All Sales are Final. If you return a Sale item, My Chic Things has the right to refuse the returned package at customers expense.
Items that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be exchanged. Items with the tags removed will not be exchanged.
Problems with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. My Chic Things will NOT be responsible for problems reported after the 48 hours have past.
If product is found on arrival as incorrect when shipped, buyer understands that the product will be replaced or exchanged at seller's discretion and be given a reasonable amount of time.
Any returned package without prior approval from My Chic Things will not be processed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
All shipping and handling fees will not be returned under any circumstances.
All exchanges MUST be in salable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached and must not be worn, stitched, altered in anyway.

Fragrance and Beauty products: FINAL SALE. NO returns will be accepted.
Foot Wear Must be returned in the original box and packaging.
We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing material and contact the carrier immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US. Please place a claim with the carrier and email us the information and we will follow up on the claim.
Lost package claims will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly after 30 days from shipment date. If tracking number shows the package was delivered without a signature, we will file a claim.
Payment-We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through 2checkout.com. All e-checks have a 10 day waiting period and will delay your order. We also accept Paypal. Orders placed in Oklahoma are subject to a 8.715% sales tax which will be added to your shopping cart total.
